Mankind has been distilling for a very long time. From this, the production of whisky has also evolved.

For the whiskey collector, other priorities are in the foreground. The Seven Seals brand deals intensively with these issues and combines tradition with innovation in an almost perfect way. With the main focus on ecological and economical production, Seven Seals strives for improvement in the qualitative production of whiskies and the expansion of the diverse flavors of this magnificent spirit. Thus, for the past three years, the Seven Seals brand has been refining whiskies to near perfection.

Of course, these single malt whiskies were initially viewed with much skepticism because of their innovative production process. The only way to show the quality of the products, the richness of flavors and the importance of the process was to participate in international whisky and spirits awards and compete with other renowned whisky brands in unbiased blind tastings to prove the quality of the products to an international jury. Winners are usually awarded prizes, and Seven Seals whiskies regularly win multiple medals at virtually every spirits and whisky awards participation. In 2021 alone, Seven Seals whiskies that participated in over 12 awards won over 20 double gold, gold and silver medals.

Once, Seven Seals Peated Port Finish was named Best and once Best International Whisky of the Year. The Seven Seals Sherry Wood Finish was named Best Swiss Single Malt Whisky in England and Whisky of the Year in China.

To show the infinite variety of flavors of Seven Seals single malt whiskies, the Zodiac line was created. It represents the many possibilities of the process and the numerous ideas of the team. In this line, Seven Seals translates some characteristics of each zodiac sign to the whiskies, working only with the positive characteristics, of the zodiac sign. In the production of the whiskey, these character traits are addressed and transferred to the whiskey. The result is incredibly exciting single malt whiskies with interesting flavors. The different signs of the zodiac are bottled in different limited batches of about 365 bottles.
