Success at The European Spirits Challenge 2021

SEVEN SEALS just reached the pinnacle of the industry at Europe’s most important spirits competition.

“This is great news,” reported Oliver Schneider, Head of Marketing. “We work very hard to make the absolute best whiskies and spirits humanly possible. This means the world to us!”

Mara Pereira, European Spirits Challenge Judge commented, "The blind tasting was extremely inspiring and I am very happy to contribute my knowledge and experience."

Oliver Schneider continues… “The Triple Blind Tasting Method used by the European Spirits Challenge means that the Judges are not allowed any information about the samples they taste. They cannot see the bottle. They do not know what country it is from. They have no indication of price point. Plus, they do not discuss their thoughts together. This means that winning a European Spirits Challenge 2021 Gold Medal is a HUGE honour and we won three of them. Now our whole team and all our supporters are sharing our victory. We thank everyone for all their support and confidence in us.”

The most prominent Spirits Buyers in Europe assembled under the iconic gaze of the London Eye. The most exciting spirits in the world battled to impress the demanding European Spirits Challenge Judges whom included senior representatives of The Ritz Hotel, Bibendum and Venus Wine & Spirit Merchants PLC.

Thousands of samples from 21 countries fought head-to-head. High profile entrants included: Cambridge Distillery, Highclere Castle Spirits, Intercontinental Brands, Yoshino Spirits, QVT Distillerie, and Boar Distillery. PLC.
